Music Tech Studio is operated by Mike Lehnert, a Music Technology teacher. For the purposes of UK GDPR and PECR, Music Tech Studio is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

• Student name
• School email address
• Booking history — rooms booked, dates, times, status
• Parent email address (for booking confirmations, where provided)
• A login token used to authenticate booking actions

• Performance of a contract — managing your studio bookings.
• Legitimate interests — sending booking confirmations to parents and managing the booking system fairly.

• Vercel (Frankfurt, EU) — hosting
• Supabase (EU region) — booking database and authentication
• Resend — booking confirmation emails

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

• Active bookings — kept while you are a student at the school
• Booking history — deleted 12 months after the booking date
• Parent email addresses — deleted when the student leaves the school

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these, email privacy@musictechstudio.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Essential only. An auth token cookie is required to make bookings. We do not set any optional or analytics cookies on this site.

We update this page when we change how we handle data. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent change.
